Ben Shantz is a civil and commercial litigator who helps developers and contractors by fighting for their interests both in and out of court so they can get back to growing their businesses. In addition to supporting the work of developers and contractors, Ben aids clients in drafting a wide range of contracts to better protect their interests and keep them out of court. In addition to defending businesses inside the courtroom, Ben advises businesses on information privacy and data security needs to protect customers and their information.
Ben graduated from Washington University in St. Louis in 2017. During law school, Ben served as Associate Managing Editor of the Washington University Law Review. Ben was also appointed by the Governor to serve as a public member on the Missouri Boards and Commissions Task Force which seeks to reduce government waste and boost efficiency.
