He is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, and is chairman of the bankruptcy and creditor rights section of the Transportation Lawyers Association. Dan is a partner in Spencer Fane’s St. Louis office. Previously, he worked for a decade as a bankruptcy lawyer in one of Missouri’s largest law firms. Before enrolling in law school at Washington University, Dan was an investigative journalist at two Memphis newspapers.
