Spencer Fane has one of the leading environmental law practice groups in the Midwest, advising and representing clients nationwide on environmental laws, regulations, and liabilities. Our Environmental Law practice group members participate in and often chair leadership groups devoted to environmental education or developing solutions for environmental challenges. We represent clients under all significant state and federal environmental statues, including the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, and the Superfund Law. Spencer Fane assists clients in environmental cleanup, asbestos, lead paint, and underground storage tank issues. More recently, the Environmental Law practice group has undertaken strategic planning for businesses - a forward-looking service that helps clients identify, assess, and address current environmental concerns and future environmental trends.
