Spencer Fane is proud to announce that Dave Kight and Brian Christensen have received the Oliver Rasch Award for substantive journalism.
Each year the Editorial Board of the Journal of the Missouri Bar recognizes one article with the distinction of the W. Oliver Rasch Award. This award is voted upon by the members of the Editorial Board from all articles published in the journal for the previous calendar year.
Dave and Brian’s article, The Expanding National Labor Relations Act and the Non-Union Workplace, decodes the changes in workplace practices and policies as a result of the National Labor Relations Act, informing and educating both employers and employees.
