Ms. Ross advises health care providers on a broad range of issues including health care reform, Medicare and Medicaid regulations, hospital-physician relationships, HIPAA privacy and security rules, and health information technology. She has successfully represented numerous providers in government investigations involving allegations of fraud and abuse and EMTALA violations. Ms. Ross frequently conducts internal investigations and consults with clients in developing, implementing, and refining compliance programs. Additionally, she facilitates strategic planning sessions and provides in-house training for boards of directors, medical staff members, executives, and employees on a wide variety of health law subjects.
