Jim practices with the firm's Labor & Employment law group with an emphasis on labor relations, E.E.O. and health care law. He handles collective bargaining negotiations, arbitrations, counter-union campaigns, construction industry disputes, matters before the National Labor Relations Board and other federal and state agencies, as well as employment litigation. Jim received his law degree from Harvard University, and his bachelor's degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He served as a Missouri State Representative from 1971-1977. Jim is a member of the labor law section of the Kansas City Metropolitan and American Bar Associations.
