Glenn Robbins is a partner in the St. Louis office of Spencer Fane and a member of the firm's Intellectual Property and Technology practice group. He is a licensed patent attorney who devotes his practice to all aspects of intellectual property law, including representation of clients before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, prosecution of patent and trademark applications, appeals, patent and trademark litigation, inter partes actions before Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, licensing, client counseling and copyright matters.
Glenn is also a member of Spencer Fane's Life Sciences Practice, where he has drafted patent applications for methods to promote hard and soft tissue growth in mammals; ophthalmological devices; arterial and venous blood flow devices, pharmaceutical and drug particle delivery systems; mycotoxin detection and control systems; and other work relating to immunochromatographic assay tests.
Glenn is admitted to the Bar in Missouri and Illinois, and is also registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He is an Editor of Missouri Bar Courts Bulletin: Patent & Trademark Law and Unfair Competition. He is recognized as a St. Louis Business Journal Top Patent Attorney, Vice-Chair for the Jefferson National Parks Association, and a Trustee for the Catherine Manley Gaylord Foundation.
