Karen Randolph Rogers is a member of Spencer Fane’s Education Law Group in an Of Counsel position. She concentrates her practice in Education and Special Education. Before joining Spencer Fane, Karen was in-house counsel for the Kansas City, Missouri School District, where she managed investigations, conducted fact-finding interviews, performed legal research, negotiated settlements and prepared investigation summaries.

Karen is admitted to practice law in Missouri and Texas. She completed the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce’s Centurions Leadership Program in 2008. She received the award for Most Involved First Year Centurion and was also named Co-Chair of their Projects Committee.
