Based in the firm’s Kansas City, MO office, Adam concentrates on regulatory and transactional banking matters, including mergers & acquisitions, commercial lending, workouts, bankruptcy, and corporate trust. He is a member of Spencer Fane’s Bankers Choice division, an innovative offering from Spencer Fane, which offers legal guidance on topics like banking compliance and training issues to small and mid-sized, locally owned and operated banks.
In order to understand each client’s particular business goals, as well as the communities his clients serve and the challenges his clients face, Adam builds personal, long-term relationships with his clients and is an active community volunteer.
Community areas of interest find Adam donating his time as an active member of the Executive Leadership Council for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Light the Night walk, Kansas City Chamber of Commerce's Centurions Leadership Program, KCMBA Volunteer Attorney Project, and First Tee of Greater Kansas City.
Adam received his juris doctor from the University of Kansas Law School, and his bachelor's degree in Political Science and Journalism from the University of Iowa. Prior to joining Spencer Fane Britt & Browne, Adam clerked for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Iowa.
